Getting Admin Access to your ChapterBuilder Account

ChapterBuilder has multiple permission levels with the Administrator at the highest level. That person is the only one who can add and change team members. 

What this means is, if you need access to your account an Administrator will need to give you access. This is likely the current or former Chapter President or Recruitment Chair. They will be able to go to Settings>Team and either approve your access to the account or change your permission level. 

If you are having trouble getting in touch with that individual, please e-mail and our team can help get you access. 

But be reminded, after you finish your officer position, please make sure you are giving access to the incoming officers!
