Setting up your ChapterBuilder Phone Number

For chapters who have access to our Standard accounts, you have the ability to set up and utilize a ChapterBuilder phone number for calls and text messages. 

Any Administrator can set up that phone number by going to Settings>My Settings. 

-If you are setting up the phone number for the first time, there will be a blue button to set that up. You can choose your area code and pick an available number in that area code. 

-If your chapter already has a number set up, you will see that number listed. You can scroll to the bottom and give access to a new or different administrator if needed.
