Be able to create folders where I can move people so they're no longer a huge list
It would be nice that way I could categorize PNM's. For example, I would put all of the potentials from fall 2016 and winter 2017 into a folder. That would cause less clutter and make potentials easier to find.

Separate the "A" level into "Needs bid" and "Received bid"
Separate the "A" level into two levels. One being "Needs bid" and one being "Received bid" so it's easier to keep track of who actually has received physical bids.

Add a calender to keep track of different recruitment events and who is attending
Add in a calender where each chapter can upload its rush events and the events of rival chapters. This tab would allow the chapter to better track who is attending which events, and which guys are planning to coming to events so they can reminded.

Text alerts
Send texts alerts to the members of the chapter that tells them about their personal PNMs and whether or not they need to be contacted or if a task has been assigned to that chapter member. Texts are received much more efficiently than emails. And they are checked more often.

Shorten the link for referral forms
The referral forms link lets people add names directly into your names list -- without even signing into ChapterBuilder. This is especially helpful for tabling or other small events where we can collect PNM info on an iPad, computer, or phone.
But what if we want to share the form link with others at a meeting?
The link is too long to write on a white board. Please give us an easy way to share our referral forms.

Fixes needed for android APP
App consistently crashes across multiple devices (LG, Samsung, Google) using android OS. Random crashes as well as almost every time I press the "back" button - it then goes back to the main screen to choose the institution/account. This makes it far too much work to use the app on my phone, and I have given up on trying to accomplish a task like messaging a pnm, editing a pnm profile, etc. :(
I'd be happy to provide more feedback on specifics or screenshots.

Create an App for Android
No app for Andriod devices, makes it a hassle to use an alternative phone number without an app

Ability to generate Powerpoint for filtered list
When generating the pdf/powerpoint that you can use for bid night, it would be nice to be able to generate this based on a filtered list rather than including all of the PNMs on the list.

Outlook Calendar
Connecting to Outlook Calendar. Being able to send out event updates reminders, and invites to your PNMs and your chapter members. The calendar on ChapterBuilder would connect with Outlook calendar and you could see who is coming, who has been contacted about it, etc.

Team Organization
It would be helpful to organize the members into teams, with the "team leaders" being the captains, and certain "team members" assigned to each captain. That way the recruitment chair can assign a task to that team, and the captain of that team can decide who the responsibility gets put on.
Just a small thing that could help organize strategies in the future.

Text message forwarding
Having text messages forwarded to your mobile device like a regular text message rather than through the app. Similar to the call forwarding feature.

Status
Allow us to customize the letter status's. We would really appreciate the ability to add letters and change the meanings of each letter as well.

Social Media Link
Is there a way to link someone's profile through a Facebook Name, twitter handle, or instagram username? Similar to how they link through an email address? Very rarely do I find any profiles linking to a school email. Those are rarely used in social media and most students use their school email when registering.

Include a team-wide bulletin board on Action page
To post information pertaining to the entire team, include a bulletin board. On this board, you could upload school calendars, include links (Like Chapterbuilder.uservoice.com) and leave any notes about upcoming events

Phone synchronization
make a way for potential new members with grade B or better to be automatically put into contacts on recruitment chair's phone. The company name in iphone coul dbe pnm so that if you enter that in your contacts you can find your pnms quickly and easily

enable the photo to be enlarged for chapters with smart meeting rooms to aid in membership voting.
I think there is value in having the capability to post a few photos of a PNM.

Sync to Google Calendar
We use Google Calendar for planning events so multiple people on the team can have access to the chapter's schedule. It would be helpful if we could also sync the Chapter Builder event calendar to Google Calendar.

A status in between D and C that shows that someone is out but has not recieved a reply yet.
Add status for contacting awaiting replay.
