Include a team-wide bulletin board on Action page
To post information pertaining to the entire team, include a bulletin board. On this board, you could upload school calendars, include links (Like Chapterbuilder.uservoice.com) and leave any notes about upcoming events

Custom KPI colors
When adding custom KPIs, they are added as green to the PNM profile. This is confusing because the preset KPIs are orange, until clicked when they turn green. I think it would be much more helpful if the custom KPIs showed up as orange first.

Show user activity level breakdown
One idea I had in order for the entire colony to utilize chapter builder more often is implementing an incentive system. My idea was to give the brother with the most points a $50 gift card and the second place brother a $25 gift card. The only error I found is that it is quite easy to accumulate points and technically do no work, such as changing letter grades back and forth or creating easy tasks and completing them. I was wondering if we would be able to click on the name of the brother on the right hand side…

Text alerts
Send texts alerts to the members of the chapter that tells them about their personal PNMs and whether or not they need to be contacted or if a task has been assigned to that chapter member. Texts are received much more efficiently than emails. And they are checked more often.

Add a calender to keep track of different recruitment events and who is attending
Add in a calender where each chapter can upload its rush events and the events of rival chapters. This tab would allow the chapter to better track who is attending which events, and which guys are planning to coming to events so they can reminded.

Make a tag available to edit/add/remove after making a post
After you make a post, you can change the words in the post itself but you cannot change the tags. It would be great if you could add more tags to a post later or take tags off when you accidentally click the wrong one to go with a post.

Team Organization
It would be helpful to organize the members into teams, with the "team leaders" being the captains, and certain "team members" assigned to each captain. That way the recruitment chair can assign a task to that team, and the captain of that team can decide who the responsibility gets put on.
Just a small thing that could help organize strategies in the future.

Shorten the link for referral forms
The referral forms link lets people add names directly into your names list -- without even signing into ChapterBuilder. This is especially helpful for tabling or other small events where we can collect PNM info on an iPad, computer, or phone.
But what if we want to share the form link with others at a meeting?
The link is too long to write on a white board. Please give us an easy way to share our referral forms.

Create a way to filter PNM's by their hometown
Our chapter recruits based on different regions so it would be very nice if there was a way to easily add a hometown for each PNM and be able to filter them out that way!
