  2. Status

    Allow us to customize the letter status's. We would really appreciate the ability to add letters and change the meanings of each letter as well.

  3. Be able to create folders where I can move people so they're no longer a huge list

    It would be nice that way I could categorize PNM's. For example, I would put all of the potentials from fall 2016 and winter 2017 into a folder. That would cause less clutter and make potentials easier to find.

  4. Activity Graph Data Points Export

    Add ability to export to CSV/Excel data points associated with "current" activity graph. The columns exported, in my mind, would be Date, User (person who input the note), Tag

  5. Change the lettering

    Make a letter for when you contact someone, this being because you have a letter for needs to be contacted but then expresses interest, no middle ground of "this guy was contacted"

  7. Individualize Grading System

    the ratings should be changeable. our college doesn't allow us to give bids to freshman, so the whole process is different. it would be great to fit it to your chapter.

  10. We need a feature to be able to add a certain group in the "restricted by main contact tab". Ex. Austin Rush Team

    I like the "my PNMs" and "no main contact" filters, but instead of just having a bunch of names, I want to be able to create my own filters and group kids. For example I am the rush captain of Austin so I keep the majority of kids as my main contact but I also pass some off to people on the Austin rush team. Having the power to create these filters would allow me to see and track all the kids from Austin that im responsible for, but not the main contact on. Rather than having to go through…

  14. add a way to track guys who have gone through pinning and initiation.

    Chapter builder does a great job keeping track of everything up through giving a bid, however, that's not where recruitment ends for all of us doing expansion. We still need a way to track pining, payment, and initiation. That would be a solid add on.

  15. Social Media Links or Handles be a field that is preset, not one that has to be made.

    We always add in a social media field (for extensions we use insta/twitter/FB) and would love to see that be one given as an option to our chapters who are not paying for Chapter Builder.

  16. Prevent recruitment classes from seeing their pledge brothers pages

    So when you change a PNM's status to A+, upon extending them an invitation to join CB, although they cannot see the comments for their page, all of their pledge brothers can see that page, which makes hiding comments for a new user pointless because all of the other guys can see the comments and tell them.
