Analytics and Data
The current analytics is a very 30,000 ft view and is very complex. Create a search engine within the analytics tab that allows headquarters staff to select their own data points to review. Also allow this information to be exported via excel spreadsheet. Many staffs have different data points they track to determine the effectiveness and there really is no way for us to get that data from the current dashboard/analytics.

Create a team chat window similar to Slack/Ryver.
Create a space where team members can communicate with each other and have threaded conversations such as in Ryver and Slack. Have a space where discussions about PNM's and general announcements or just a chat channel that come out as notifications would be awesome.

Add "auto insert referral source" into the SMS functionality
Similar to the auto insert PNM first name. When receiving mass referrals from administrators, sororities, etc it would be helpful to be able to personalize that part as well. Currently, when letting them know they were referred as someone we should meet/talk to they ask "who" then it creates a back and forth of going to each PNM profile. Thanks for the great product.

Added accountability for Action points.
As a Team Administrator I would like to be able to see more specifically what individuals in the recruitment teams are doing. Right now I can see how many action points they have but I'm not able to see exactly what they did to receive those points. I'd love to be able to click on their points and have it show me a breakdown of the work they've done/separate the PNM's by who added them

Create a URL shortener for forms/events
Right now I use google's shortener, it would be nice to have it built into the app

Average the star ratings per PNM.
There should be a function to average the stars that each PNM is based off the opinions of several members. so once a recruit is has change in the number of stars they once were, there should be an average of ratings from all members that comment. Meaning there should be a function that says "this PNM has an average rating of 3.4 stars voted by 23 members."

I believe the program would work more effectively if the calendar feature was corresponding with the events tool. So far it simply allows you to create events or post on the calendar and I think those should automatically update each other. It would make the system easy to read and uploading would become simple if I planned out my rush period or semester ahead of time.

Show unassigned members
Allow a separate filter for members that are unassigned to easier view who they are without autoassigning.

have alerts for each PNM when you get a text or communication from them
Have like the little red bubbles with numbers so I can keep better track of who's texted me back

Bigger Text Box
Please add a paragraph style text box (similar to google forms). It would look better and be more functional when creating for people to ask questions. I am using CB to answer questions from interested students.
Think customer relationship software.

How about you make bulk upload of PNMs work
This is getting really frustrating. The UI for this website is bad, speed is slow, and is not user friendly at all.

Allow for remidners
Allow for reminders on tasks so that the app will alert me when I have a task due in 15 minutes, 1 hour, etc.

Create an archive feature for deleted PNMs.
So account can be cleared of all PNMs with confidence each semester/recruitment period. Just like Google Spreadsheet "history" feature. (feature request from Andrew, Theta Xi at USC)

be able to push actions assigned to people to the calendar on request
give an option for an admin to take an assigned task and sync it with the calendar.

PNM Searching Filters
You should create the ability to add filters to search through your list of PNMs. Such as location, contacted status, time span since last contacted, etc

Email tracking information on opens/delivered/click throughs on emails
Similar to most outbound email systems, would be good to include tracking information on emails.
Undeliverables (bad emails)
Delivered (not returned/bad email)
Opened/Read
Click-thru (to any links)Being able to report on this information allows you to better target follow up messages.
